Digital Products – No Refunds
Please note that all digital products are final sale and non-refundable.
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Printable downloads
- Digital planners
- PDF files
- Instant download products

Physical Products – 30 Day Return Policy
For physical items, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:
- A return shipping label (if applicable)
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital products (instant downloads, printables, PDFs, planners, etc.)
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchasing or returning.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different physical item is to:
- Return the item you currently have
- Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item
European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your physical order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused
- In original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
This cooling-off period does not apply to digital products, which remain non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds (Physical Items Only)
Once we receive and inspect your returned physical item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
